On-site training purchases reserve services but do not confirm a training date. CSE will contact you within 24 business hours to schedule based on availability. A minimum of 5 seats is required. Cancellations within 7 business days or failure to schedule within 90 days may result in forfeiture of payment. All onsite bookings are non-refundable once a date has been set.
