By purchasing an on-site forklift training course or related services (“Training Services”) from CSE (“Company”), the customer (“Client”) acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
Purchase of an on-site training package reserves Training Services but does not guarantee a confirmed training date at the time of checkout.
A Company representative will contact the Client within 1–3 business business days after booking to coordinate and mutually agree upon a training date, time, and onsite location.
All onsite training sessions are subject to instructor availability, travel logistics, and operational scheduling requirements.
The Company reserves the right to propose alternate dates or times if the Client’s requested schedule cannot be accommodated.
On-site training packages require a minimum of ten (10) operator seats, which will be billed regardless of actual attendance.
The Client acknowledges that this minimum applies to all onsite bookings.
For safety, instructional quality, and OSHA compliance, onsite training sessions are limited to a maximum number of participants per class.
The Company reserves the right to:
Cap attendance at the maximum allowable class size
Require additional sessions for larger groups
Adjust pricing accordingly
Additional seats may only be added up to the stated maximum.
The Client agrees to provide, at no cost to the Company:
A safe and suitable training environment
Access to operational forklifts and required equipment
A workplace compliant with OSHA training standards
All participating operators present, attentive, and ready at the scheduled start time
Delays or disruptions caused by Client unpreparedness may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
If the Client must reschedule, written notice must be provided at least:
Seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled training date
Rescheduling or cancellation with less than the required notice may result in:
Additional rescheduling fees
Forfeiture of partial or full payment
If the Client fails to respond, confirm, or schedule a training date within ninety (90) days of purchase, the Company reserves the right to consider the booking abandoned and close the order without refund.
Onsite training is subject to safe travel and weather conditions.
The Company reserves the right to delay or reschedule training due to:
Severe weather
Unsafe travel conditions
Natural disasters
Road closures or emergencies
Instructor illness or unforeseen operational issues
In such cases, the Company will work with the Client to reschedule at the earliest available date. No refunds will be issued for weather-related postponements.
Because onsite training requires advance scheduling, instructor allocation, and travel preparation, all purchases are considered non-refundable once scheduling coordination has begun.
Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the Company’s discretion.
The Company provides training in accordance with OSHA 1910.178 standards; however, the Client remains solely responsible for:
Workplace safety
Operator supervision
Compliance with federal and state regulations
Safe equipment operation after training completion
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s operations or trainee conduct.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
By completing this purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Training Services are considered confirmed only upon mutual scheduling agreement.
