Individual and small group training purchases reserve a seat but do not guarantee a confirmed class date at checkout. CSE will contact you within 24 business hours to schedule your training at our facility based on availability. Cancellations within 7 business days or failure to schedule within 90 days may result in forfeiture of payment. All training bookings are non-refundable once a date has been confirmed.
